  • • 1 tablespoon Chinese Shaoxing Wine

  • • Fresh green onions (for garnish)

Directions

  • Prepare ingredients : Wash and devein the prawns. Cutoff the sharp parts of the prawns.

  • Add in 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and muscovado . Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the sliced red onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it starts to soften.
  • Last Seasoning: Add in dark soy sauce, and Chinese Shaoxing Wine.
