Mini Orange Konnyaku Jelly

Inspired by my first encounter with the uniquely chewy texture of konnyaku jelly in my own making refreshing konnyaku jelly mooncake, studded with vibrant fresh berries for mooncake recipe. However I have made the twist to this recipe, offering a refreshing citrus twist. It involves preparing fresh orange segments, dissolving Happy Grass konnyaku powder in water through boiling and simmering, then incorporating fresh orange juice and malic acid off the heat. The resulting warm jelly mixture is poured over cubed orange pieces in moulds, setting initially at room temperature before a final chill in the refrigerator to create a light and textured treat.
