Shipping Information
At Hankerie Online Store, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We primarily use Australia Post and Aramex for our deliveries across Australia.
Shipping Costs within Australia
- Australian Metro Areas: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders totaling AUD $99 or more. For orders under AUD $99, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
- All Other Australian Locations (Non-Metro): Shipping costs for all orders delivered to non-metro areas will be calculated at checkout. These costs are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, using rates provided by our courier partners, Australia Post or Aramex.
Please note: To determine if your location is considered a metro or non-metro area for shipping purposes, please refer to the postcode classifications used by Australia Post or Aramex. The shipping calculator at checkout will automatically apply the correct rate based on your provided address.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We understand you’re eager to receive your order. We typically process and dispatch orders within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and national public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the Australia Post or Aramex tracking websites.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (where available and selected at checkout)
Please be aware that these are estimated timeframes, and occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as peak periods or unforeseen disruptions to courier services). We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays to your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched to the address you provided, we cannot accept responsibility for its non-delivery if the address was incorrect.
However, if the package is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange either a refund for the order value (excluding the original shipping cost) or to arrange re-postage to the correct address (additional shipping fees will apply). We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are exploring options to provide international delivery in the future. Please check back for updates.
Australian Consumer Law:
Our shipping policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means that:
- We will ensure goods are of acceptable quality and match their description.
- We will process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated or a reasonable time if no specific timeframe is given.
- If there are significant delays or issues with your delivery, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a refund or replacement in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
- Information regarding shipping costs and estimated delivery times provided at checkout is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
